National property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has appointed Matthew Beswick as Chartered Surveyor at its Manchester office, further expanding the firm’s growing team as it continues to develop its presence across the North West.
Matthew joins Bradley Hall with extensive experience across the property sector, including land and property, disposals and acquisitions. His appointment brings additional expertise to the Manchester team and supports the firm’s continued growth across Manchester and the wider North West.

Matthew completed a degree in Real Estate & Property Management at Leeds Beckett University while working at Leeds City Council as a Land & Property Surveyor.
In his new role, Matthew will work alongside Bradley Hall’s experienced property professionals, advising clients across a range of commercial property requirements and supporting the firm’s growing portfolio of work across the region.
His appointment reflects Bradley Hall’s continued investment in its regional teams as the business expands its national presence and responds to growing demand for specialist property advice.
