National property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has promoted Agency Surveyor Harry Towers to Associate Director, further strengthening its growing Commercial Agency department as the business responds to increasing demand and a growing pipeline of instructions.
Harry joined Bradley Hall in 2024 and has quickly established himself as a key member of the Commercial Agency team, advising a wide range of clients across the North East on commercial property sales, acquisitions and lettings, with a specialism in industrial and investment properties.
His promotion follows a period of continued professional development, strong client relationship management and increasing responsibility across a broad range of commercial property instructions. As Bradley Hall’s Commercial Agency department continues to expand, Harry’s appointment reflects both his individual contribution and the team’s commitment to delivering high-quality advice across an increasingly active market.
Harry Towers, Associate Director at Bradley Hall, said: “I’m really pleased to be taking on the role of Associate Director and grateful to everyone at Bradley Hall who has supported me over the last two years.
“Since joining the business, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a really broad range of commercial agency instructions and build relationships with some fantastic clients. It’s an exciting time for the department, with the team continuing to grow and an increasing number of opportunities to support clients across the region.”
Alongside his client-facing role, Harry has also taken on greater responsibility within the wider team, supporting Bradley Hall’s graduates and placement students as they develop their careers within the property industry.
Richard Rafique, Group Managing Director at Bradley Hall, said: “Harry has made a significant impact since joining Bradley Hall two years ago. His progression to Associate Director is a reflection of both his commercial performance and the wider contribution he makes to the business, as well as our continued commitment to promoting from within and rewarding hard work.
“He has built strong relationships with clients, taken on increasingly complex instructions and demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a competitive market. His progression comes at an important time for our Commercial Agency department, which continues to expand in response to client demand and a growing volume of new instructions.
“Just as importantly, Harry has become a valuable support to the next generation of surveyors within our business. Developing people is a key part of our growth strategy, and it is fantastic to see Harry already playing an active role in supporting our graduates and placement students.”
Harry is based at Bradley Hall’s Newcastle Head Office and works with clients across the North East and wider UK market. Before joining Bradley Hall, he spent a number of years at national property firms and completed a Masters degree in Real Estate and Planning at Heriot-Watt University.
Bradley Hall continues to invest in the development of its people as part of its wider growth strategy, with its growing team of graduates and surveyors supported through structured professional development and hands-on experience across the firm’s national network.
The promotion further strengthens Bradley Hall’s Commercial Agency team, which provides advice to landlords, occupiers, investors and developers across sales, acquisitions, lettings and investment transactions.
