National property consultancy Bradley Hall has promoted General Practice Surveyor Benjamin Riddle to Associate Director, as he relocates from the firm’s Teesside office to join the growing Manchester team.
Ben first joined Bradley Hall’s Newcastle office during his degree at Northumbria University, undertaking a placement year within the Property Management team. He then transferred to Bradley Hall Teesside as a Graduate Surveyor, working towards his APC, which he passed in November 2025.
He has developed extensive experience across the commercial and residential property sectors and has built strong relationships with clients across the region. His move to Manchester marks the next stage of his career with the business and reflects Bradley Hall’s continued focus on developing talent from within.
In his new role as Associate Director, Ben will work alongside the Manchester team to support clients across the North West, drawing on his experience to provide advice across a range of commercial property requirements.
The move forms part of Bradley Hall’s wider investment in its Manchester operation, with the business continuing to grow its team and expand its presence across the North West.
