Renting through Bradley Hall
We will guide you through every stage of your rental journey, from finding your new home to supporting you through the application process. We will arrange the signing of contracts, explain any monies due prior to move-in, and ensure you fully understand the terms of your tenancy agreement. If you are interested in renting a fully managed property, we can also advise you on the options currently available.
Property Management
When you rent a managed property through Bradley Hall, you can feel confident knowing support is always close at hand. We work with reliable and experienced contractors who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should an issue arise. You will also have a dedicated property consultant who will be your main point of contact throughout your tenancy, offering guidance and assistance whenever needed.

Insurance products
Protecting your personal belongings is important. Once you have moved into your home, we can help arrange insurance to cover your contents and, if required, your rental payments in the event of redundancy or unexpected loss of income.
Your deposit
In line with legislation introduced on 6th April 2007, all damage deposits must be protected in a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We will confirm where your deposit is protected and how it is held, whether your property is managed by Bradley Hall or directly by the landlord. Your deposit will be protected by
TDS if your property is managed by Bradley Hall.
