Bradley Hall’s Northumberland office is experiencing a significant increase in residential lettings instructions following the appointment of experienced property professionals Lorna White and Jennifer Neil to lead its growing lettings service.
Based at Bradley Hall’s Alnwick office, Lorna and Jennifer joined the firm earlier this year, bringing more than 15 years of experience working together across the Northumberland property market. Lorna joined Bradley Hall as Head of Lettings, Northumberland, while Jennifer was appointed Property Executive, specialising in residential lettings and supporting landlords and tenants throughout the region.
Since joining Bradley Hall, the pair have already secured a growing number of new instructions from landlords across the county, reflecting continued demand for rental property and the strength of their long-standing relationships with local property owners.
In the past 10 weeks, 34 lettings properties have been brought to market across Northumberland, with 85% of those managed by the team in Alnwick.
