Bradley Hall’s Commercial Agency team has secured almost 6,000 sq ft of office lettings at Newcastle’s Generator Studios, with three businesses taking space at the popular city centre development.
Commercial Agency Surveyor, Lucy Mouter, has completed three lettings at the development in recent months, supporting the landlord in bringing a further 5,969 sq ft of space into occupation.
The latest lettings include immersive events specialists Tiny Dragon Productions, which took 2,619 sq ft in June, occupying the former suite of Lantern Building Consultancy, who have moved into larger premises within the development.
In August, biotechnology company InvenireX completed a letting of 1,012 sq ft in Suite 2.7, followed by fintech firm OTCX taking 2,338 sq ft in Suite 3.10 in September.
With the three latest deals, Generator Studios continues to attract a diverse mix of businesses to its distinctive office accommodation, with just three suites now remaining across the ground and first floors, totalling 3,196 sq ft.
