Head of Office- Yorkshire and North West

Paul joined Bradley Hall In May 2024 as Head of Office for Bradley Hall’s Yorkshire and North West offices. He is a RICS Registered Valuer, regularly undertaking valuations on behalf of a variety of high street and secondary lenders for loan security purposes together with valuations for pension fund, probate and accounting purposes.

Paul also acts as valuation panel contact for a variety of lenders and have secured new panel appointments over the last five years with HSBC, Barclays, TSB, YBS Group, Aldermore, Shawbrook Bank, Hampshire Trust and One Savings Bank among others. He also undertakes traditional commercial agency instructions and act for institutional pension funds, PLCs, national and regional property investment companies as well as local property owners.

His favourite band is Catfish and the Bottlemen.
