Alice Fan

Alice is a Valuation Co-ordinator in our Leeds Branch. She provides administrative support within the Valuation team and colleagues in other offices when required. Her duties include being the first point of contact with the panel, lenders, brokers, borrowers, solicitors, agents and assisting with general enquiries. She also arranges inspections for surveyors in the most effective manners and prepares valuation reports to meet the service level agreements.

Outside of work, Alice is a keen treadmill runner and enjoys Parkruns when it’s not raining.
