Callum Armstrong

Associate Director

Callum looks after our Land and Commercial teams while also providing strategic and site-specific development advice for numerous national and local house builders. On the Land side, his role includes sales, acquisitions, market research and much more. In his Commercial role, he acquires and disposes of all things Commercial including retail, industrial, office and leisure. As a Registered Valuer, he also provides valuations and viability analysis for schemes in the North East. Callum’s favourite memory is seeing the Springboks lift the Rugby World Cup trophy four times.
