Summary of Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Property Management team. This role is pivotal in supporting the team by ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent client service.

The successful applicant will:

Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage and maintain accurate property records, databases, and client files.

Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing efficient and professional responses.

Assist with the preparation of reports, documentation, and contracts.

Coordinate property inspections, maintenance schedules, and contractor appointments.

Process invoices, track expenses, and support financial administration.

Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve queries efficiently.

Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and company policies.

Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (desirable).

High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a strong customer service approach.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
