National property consultancy Bradley Hall has expanded its growing Block & Estate Management and Commercial Property Management departments with the appointment of George Mordue as Trainee Surveyor, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to developing the next generation of property professionals.
George joins Bradley Hall as part of the firm’s continued national recruitment drive, which has seen a number of strategic appointments made across its UK office network to support business growth and increasing client demand.
Alongside his new role, George is studying towards a degree in Real Estate Management at the University of the Built Environment, combining academic learning with hands-on experience across Bradley Hall’s expanding Block & Estate Management team.
Based at the firm’s Head Office, George will work alongside experienced property professionals, supporting the management of a diverse portfolio of residential developments and commercial properties while developing the knowledge and practical skills required for a successful career within the property industry.
George Mordue, Trainee Surveyor at Bradley Hall, said: “I’m really pleased to be starting my career at Bradley Hall alongside continuing my studies. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an experienced team, develop my knowledge and gain valuable practical insight into block and estate management.”
Bradley Hall launched its dedicated Block & Estate Management department earlier this year, providing professional management services for residential developments, apartment blocks, management companies and freeholders across the UK. The department offers a comprehensive range of services including estate management, block management, service charge administration and maintenance coordination.
Rish Rahane, Senior Block & Estate Property Manager at Bradley Hall, said: “We’re delighted to welcome George to the team. Investing in early-career professionals is an important part of our long-term strategy, and George’s enthusiasm and willingness to learn make him a great addition to the department.
“As our portfolio continues to grow, it’s important that we continue investing in talented individuals who can develop alongside the business. George will have the opportunity to gain experience across a wide variety of developments while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.”
