National property consultancy Bradley Hall has welcomed a number of new colleagues across its UK office network as the business continues to invest in its people, expand specialist services and support continued growth across the country.
The appointments span multiple departments, including Commercial Agency, Residential Agency, Valuation & Lease Advisory, Block & Estate Management, Lettings and Marketing, reflecting Bradley Hall’s commitment to attracting experienced professionals while providing opportunities for graduates and those beginning their careers in the property industry.
Among the latest appointments is Raj Gogna, who has joined the Birmingham office as Associate Director. Bringing extensive experience within the commercial property sector, Raj will support clients across the Midlands, advising landlords, occupiers, investors and developers.
Further strengthening the firm’s presence across the UK, Giles Harker has joined the Edinburgh office as Senior Surveyor. Giles brings extensive property experience and will support the establishment and continued growth of Bradley Hall’s offering in Scotland while advising clients across a broad range of commercial property matters.
The firm’s Marketing team has also grown with the appointment of Lili Mattinson as Marketing Executive. Based at Bradley Hall’s Newcastle Head Office, Lili will support colleagues across the business, helping to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, enhance the firm’s digital presence and showcase the work taking place across its national network.
Max Miller has joined the Commercial Agency team as Graduate Surveyor, beginning his professional career alongside experienced surveyors while gaining practical experience across a broad range of commercial property instructions.
Bradley Hall’s Valuation & Lease Advisory team has also welcomed Louis Ferris as Trainee Surveyor. Louis will support the firm’s experienced valuation specialists while developing his knowledge across a wide range of valuation instructions as he begins his career in the property industry.
The Block & Estate Management department has welcomed George Mordue as Trainee Surveyor. Alongside studying towards a degree in Real Estate Management, George will support the management of residential developments across the UK while developing his professional knowledge within the specialist team.
Bradley Hall’s Manchester office has also welcomed Sienna Baker as Graduate Surveyor. Her appointment follows the team’s recent relocation to new offices on King Street, marking another milestone in the firm’s continued investment in the North West. The office is expected to welcome several additional team members over the coming months as it continues to grow.
Further appointments have been made within the firm’s Residential division in Northumberland, where Lorna White has joined as Head of Lettings and Jennifer Neil has been appointed Property Executive. Together, they will support the continued growth of Bradley Hall’s residential sales and lettings offering across the county.
The Teesside office has also expanded with the appointment of Harry Ridsdale as Trainee Surveyor. Harry joins the team to support a range of commercial property instructions while gaining practical experience and working towards his professional development.
The business has also welcomed back Dan Cafferty, who returns to Bradley Hall full-time as Graduate Surveyor following the successful completion of his placement year. Dan will work across both the Commercial Agency and Block & Estate Management teams as he continues his professional development.
Supporting future talent remains a key focus for Bradley Hall, with Summer Cattrell joining the Sunderland office as Trainee Surveyor for her university placement year. Working alongside experienced surveyors, Summer will gain valuable practical experience while continuing her academic studies.
