National property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has appointed David Parker as Associate Director at its Oxfordshire office, further strengthening the firm’s presence in the South of England as part of its continued national expansion.
David, who joins the firm with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, is the third hire for Bradley Hall’s Oxfordshire office, which was opened in January 2026.
Led by Chartered Surveyor Max Douglas, the Oxfordshire office provides specialist property advice to clients across the Cotswolds, Thames Valley and the South West. Working alongside colleagues across Bradley Hall’s national network of offices, the team delivers a full range of property services, with particular expertise in commercial property and valuation.

David brings extensive experience in development consultancy and valuation, having built is career with a number of leading national and regional surveying firms. After graduating with a degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University, he held positions at Savills, Bidwells and BTG Eddisons, advising a broad range of clients across the UK.
Throughout his career, David has developed expertise in valuation, development consultancy and strategic property advice, working on residential-led developments, mixed-use schemes, retail repurposing offices and both UK and international development opportunities. His appointment further enhances Bradley Hall’s growing valuation offering as demand for specialist advice continues to increase across the region.
