I am posting these comments with the benefit of recent experience of other Estate Agents/ Auctioneers in the North East. My commercial property sale was handled with care, expertise and professionalism by Bradley Hall with a view to achieving the best price under optimum market exposure. The other Auctioneers seemed more interested in getting a sale regardless of the best price. A mention goes out to Louise the Auction Co-Ordinator who knows her stuff and highly capable in this space in both marketing, customer care and negotiations. She achieved a great price from the initial private offer . Having had previous bad experiences with agents , she restored my trust and gave me confidence to rely on her skill, experience and opinions throughout the transaction.
