Land At Seaton Delaval, Whitley Bay

The site is located in Seaton Delaval in the North East of England. There are two sites available. Seaton Delaval is situated between Blyth and Newcastle upon Tyne and is a popular residential area. The site is just 2.5 miles from Seaton Sluice Beach which offers 5km of golden sand across the coast, stretching north to Blyth. Seaton Delaval is becoming increasingly popular to residents, as Miller Homes are developing ‘Astley Place’ to the south of the village and Barratt Homes are developing ‘Church Fields’ in the neighbouring village, New Hartley. The site is well served by local amenities, offering pubs, shops, schools and a gym. There are strong road connections through Seaton Delaval with the A19 providing routes to Newcastle and Sunderland, whilst connecting to the A1 in turn.
