Director, David Cran
Richard was appointed as part of the commercial team in 2014 thanks to his extensive experience across multiple specialist disciplines. He became an Equity Director in 2015 and is involved in the management and development of the business.
Richard remains as a highly proactive agent and works closely with clients to acquire and dispose of premises in accordance with their requirements. As the Head of Valuation, Richard has overseen a team of five qualified RICS Registered Valuers undertaking valuation work for a broad range of clients from private individuals to the major high street banks.
As an RICS registered valuer, he provides valuation advice for several financial institutions and pension schemes.
