Coronavirus has provided challenges for us all, however, we are proud to have adapted and moved forward so that we can keep providing our range of high-quality services – and we’ve also achieved some important milestones along the way.
In June alone, our website traffic increased by 72%. Our Commercial Agency team still holds EG’s Most Active Agents title for the second year running, while our Property Management team collected 16.7% more rent than the national average in financial Q1. Our specialist Land, Development & New Homes team continues to be a market leader. We successfully launched our Yorkshire operation during lockdown. Our Building Surveying team is recruiting due to increased demand for its services. BH Planning and Design continues to influence our ever-changing built environment and our Professional Services division continues to grow its client base, supporting businesses and investors when they need it most. Our Estate Agency service is thriving as Rightmove reports a 61% YOY increase in national demand and our Mortgage department is helping more people than ever purchase their dream home.
We have taken the opportunity to review our operations and evaluate what our clients require from Bradley Hall in the new normal. Since the beginning of lockdown, we’ve been keeping a close eye on call volumes and peak times for each operation and, in order to continue to supply our market leading service to our clients across our network of offices, we have decided to extend our hours of availability in order to meet demand.
