The Leeds office of national property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has announced its sponsorship of a number of community events taking place across Yorkshire this summer.
The firm’s Leeds office, which is based in Park Place in Leeds City Centre, has confirmed it will be sponsoring the Otley 10 Mile Road Race and recently sponsored the May Day Bank Holiday Wetherby Beer Festival as part of its commitment to support local communities across Yorkshire.
Paul Andrew, Director of Bradley Hall Yorkshire, commented on their community sponsorships: “As a truly regional property firm, we are always keen to support local community events, and we are pleased to be sponsoring two popular events this summer.
“Our work covers a large number of communities across Yorkshire and our team hail from all four corners of the county, so it is important for us to sponsor community events and fundraising efforts where we can. The Wetherby Beer Festival was a great success, and I look forward to attending the Otley 10 Mile Race next month.”
Bradley Hall Yorkshire supported Wetherby Beer Festival for the second year running, alongside a number of national and regional businesses. Their sponsorship of the Beer Tent allowed the festival, which raises money for local grassroots sports development, to offer over 70 beers and ciders, alongside gin and champagne tents, live music tents and family activities. Taking place on the 1st and 2nd May at Grange Park, Wetherby, the event has become a key date in the networking calendar for businesses across Yorkshire and beyond and raises over £50,000 for local community groups each year.
The firm are also sponsoring the annual Otley 10 Mile Road Race, taking place on 10th June. First run in 1985 and taking place each year since, the race is popular with runners from across Yorkshire and further afield and begins in Otley before taking in the challenging hills of Leathley and the Lower Wharfedale Valley.
Bradley Hall’s Yorkshire office provides Valuation and Commercial Agency services to clients across the region and employs 10 full-time members of staff. The team work closely with colleagues in departments including Building Surveying, Auctions, Property Management, Residential Lettings, Block & Estate Management, Asset Management and Land & Development to support clients from initial enquiry through to handover of keys and beyond.
Bradley Hall is a national property consultancy with 12 offices across the UK, providing full-service end-to-end property support to residential and commercial clients nationwide.
The firm, to date, has raised over £420,000 for community groups and charities through a number of fundraising initiatives including its annual Festive Fundraiser, with the final Fundraiser held in December at Newcastle Racecourse. As the firm expands, regional directors will look to support fundraising opportunities close to each office and the communities they serve.
