NORTHERN property specialist Bradley Hall is expanding its presence in Yorkshire following a year of continued growth.
The firm has launched a new dedicated commercial agency arm at its regional office in Leeds city centre, advising customers looking to let, purchase, and sell commercial property.
The service expansion coincides with the firm’s ambition to increase its presence in the region’s commercial property market and plans to double its headcount in the region over the next 12 months.
Led by David Cran, managing director – Yorkshire, the commercial agency arm will provide expert advice on industrial, office, investment and retail agency, as well as acquisition services, freehold sales, lease assignments, new lease agreements, tenancies and change of use registrations.

Bradley Hall first launched its Leeds office two and a half years ago, specialising in valuations and building surveying and under the leadership of David it has grown rapidly.
The team, through its valuation services, has valued over £500million of stock in Yorkshire over the last financial year and has carried out over 500 valuations. The company also opened a new, larger office at 6 Park Place in the heart of Leeds city centre last September and has plans to continue growing its team over the next 12 months.
“Since opening our first Yorkshire office three years ago, we’ve valued a substantial number of residential and commercial properties worth millions of pounds and have positioned ourselves within the market as a go to agency that people can trust, and this is reflected in the incredible growth we’ve charted since then,” David added.
