DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Salary dependant on experience

We require an experienced digital marketing specialist to assist Bradley Hall with the next phase of its growth and digital evolution.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for developing various areas of the digital aspects for the company which include, but are not exclusive to; developing its CRM system, supporting the marketing team with technical research and knowledge to further improve ROI and productivity, supporting with website needs including SEO, UX, data capture, analytics, PPC, remarketing, design elements, development and more.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing team to support in creating disruptive and innovative ways to build the firm’s online presence using both internal and external data which will in turn form high performing digital content.

This is a new role for Bradley Hall and reflects our strong growth over recent years. With this role comes the opportunity to influence the future direction of the business and its marketing function, with room to grow and build multiple aspects of the firm and its wider offerings.

Responsibilities;

· Develop its CRM system in line with the needs of the business

· Train and develop the team on the CRM system

· Regularly analyse data input and feed back to the CMO

· Advise on data-capture opportunities to support the marketing team as guided by the CMO

· Provide advice to the content team on creating strategic digital content to drive traffic and raise profile of Bradley Hall digitally

· Coordinate pitch responses with the marketing team (develop strategy, research, recommend and write)

· Manage the delivery of our own on-line marketing activity (in collaboration with the CMO)

· Report to the CMO on project progress and productivity

· Provide cost and time effective solutions to challenges outlined by the CMO

· Provide early warning of potential project performance issues.

· Provide detailed analytics of digital projects and suggested amends to strategy as and when is required

· Use data to make informed decisions to form strategy around user journey, create marketing funnels, design content etc

· Support the marketing team in delivering tangible results

Requirements

· A passion for digital

· Two years of CRM experience

· An advanced understanding of PPC, SEO, Analytics and Social Media Marketing

· An understanding of UX and web development

· Exposure to personalisation technologies and awareness of the capabilities of the latest CRM tools on the market.

· Experience in supporting implementation of new customer-data processes and compliance in relation to current regulations – i.e. GDPR

· Experience with October/Laravel CMS preferred but not essential

· Property industry experience preferred but not essential

· Wordpress experience preferred but not essential
