STUDIOS ENCOURAGE NEW APPROACH TO OFFICE WORKING

Owners and occupiers of a Grade II listed office space within a stone’s throw of Newcastle City Centre are supporting new initiatives for safe travel and working environments following the government £2bn cycle and walking initiative.

The owners and current occupiers of the building, which underwent a £270,000 investment to transform the listed building into modern offices, are supporting the new plans set out by the government, which has been hailed as one of its most ambitious plans yet to boost cycling and walking. The vision commits to thousands of miles of new protected bike lanes, cycle training for any child or adult alongside the initial release of £50 bike repair vouchers.

Fenham Hall studios is occupied by a range of successful businesses including Biotech firm Focus Diagnostics, Home Care company Absolute Quality Care and Roundhouse digital marketing and is only a 15 minute bike ride via the Town Moor cycle lanes from Gosforth and Jesmond and a 10 minute ride from Newcastle City Centre with dedicated facilities for its occupiers to utilize cycling as a safer travel alternative.
