Northern property firm, Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents has announced that senior surveyor, Nicholas Bramwell, has been named Dealmaker of the Year for the fourth year running at the EG Annual Agency awards. Bradley Hall also secured a win for the regional retail leader board. Overall, Bradley Hall came top of the regional leader boards for both County Durham and Northumberland, securing the winning position against national and international rivals including Knight Frank, Christie & Co, and Lambert Smith Hampton.
The firm also placed in the top ten on the Hotels & Leisure national leader board, and in the top five for the industrial regional leader board.
Bradley Hall has been named Most Active Agent in the region from 2018-2020; however, in 2021 the categories were altered and now the awards are given by county and category, and only a few are still regionally judged. The prestigious competition is based on figures by Radius Data Exchange and provides a detailed breakdown of the full-year transaction volumes on both national and regional levels and across various property types. Dealmaker of the Year is awarded to the individual who carried out the most property deals.

The firm placed confidently and won in many categories including Retail, Hotel and Leisure, and across the counties leader board (disposals and acquisitions).
