Property experts, Bradley Hall have partnered with Wynyard Church of England Primary School to host a ‘design your dream house’ competition.
After a successful period of growth, Bradley Hall launched its ninth branch in Tees Valley in Wynyard, specialising in all areas of residential and commercial property consultancy in 2021. Since then, the firm’s Wynyard office has been establishing itself within the local community through interaction with local businesses and schools.
Pupils from the Wynyard Church of England Primary School were challenged by the property firm to design and draw their dream house with the hope of winning a small prize and having their designs featured in the Bradley Hall Tees Valley window display.
Lesley Parry, office manager at Bradley Hall’s Wynyard branch said: “Although competition was incredibly tough and we had so many wonderful entries, we managed to narrow it down to 12, submitted from pupils aged between four and eleven.
“From here, we photographed the entries and shared them on the firm’s social media accounts to get our followers to vote for their favourites, helping narrow down the submissions to select the top five.
“When the winners were established, I was lucky enough to visit the pupils to crown the winners. It was so lovely to see how excited and involved the children were in the competition and it was definitely well received by the staff and headteacher too. Thank you so much to Deputy Headteacher, Charlotte McCabe for making this competition possible, it seems to have been enjoyed by all.”
