PORTFOLIO NORTH DIRECTOR APPOINMENT TO DRIVE GROWTH
The North’s leading property, business and lifestyle publication, Portfolio North has announced the promotion of its director, Cassie Moyse. Cassie has been promoted from the publication’s commercial editor to director, which she will do alongside her role as head of marketing at Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents.
Portfolio North, once a Bradley Hall publication, will now become a standalone publication and company – with the magazine now being in association with Bradley Hall and in partnership with a number of key local organisations including The Inn Collection Group, City of Sunderland, Sunderland City Council, Performance 28, Karpet Mills, and The Social Co.
Earlier this month the magazine announced they will launch as a bi-monthly publication from February 2022, with the company also announcing the appointment of a dedicated digital executive, Becky Robinson, and experienced motoring editor Adam Gray. The new recruits join director, Cassie Moyse and content executive, Sophie Swift.
Cassie Moyse, director of Portfolio North said: “Launched in 2017, Portfolio North is now onto edition 13 – and is evolving rapidly. The publication has gone from strength to strength, reaching more than 35,000 readers via print, and even more through its digital outlets”.
“Whilst we continue to be a quality print-led publication, we also recognise the importance for an online and digital presence for both the profile of the magazine and, importantly, the benefits for our contributors and advertisers.
“I am incredibly proud of the progress we have made within the last twelve months. We have launched dedicated social media platforms and a website, struck up collaborations with The Social Co., Smart Outdoors and Blueline Group and welcomed a range of advertising partnerships on board including City of Sunderland, West Nautical, and the Inn Collection Group.
“I am looking forward to delivering a bi-monthly publication next year, as well as continuing to expand our digital presence considerably. We will also be strategically expanding our services and offerings so that we can keep providing the best marketing and PR support for local businesses, whilst creating a valuable, engaging, informative and entertaining publication. We have big plans for 2022 and I can’t wait to see where we are in a years’ time - I am very excited to be heading the publication as director”.
