A fast-growing recruitment firm’s relocation to a new North East head office has been ranked among the region’s top property deals.
Global commercial property specialist, CoStar, has ranked The Launch Group’s move to Gateshead’s Derwent Point among the region’s top five office deals for the third quarter of 2022.
The move to the site, which is just two miles east of Blaydon, saw the recruitment firm move its entire team to the purpose-built property, with plans afoot to continue growing its headcount as the company continues to invest in the region.

TLG’s relocation to the new c.3,000sq ft office was supported by northern property specialist Bradley Hall, which was tasked with marketing the building on behalf of its owners.
