- How has your career developed with Bradley Hall?
Since joining Bradley Hall in February 2023 I have achieved promotion to my current position as Associate Director. Being fairly new to the business this shows a commitment to my ongoing success and I’m looking forward to developing my network further.
- Who or where do you draw professional inspiration from?
My inspiration comes from past colleagues and mentors, some of whom are no longer with us. I am proud to be a Chartered Surveyor, I’ve worked hard to get here, and I know that they would be proud of me too. I am inspired to keep going, keep learning, and to always maintain professionalism. My mentors have taught me this.
- What advice would you give to your younger self?
This is a good question and one which I have asked myself many times over recent years. You create your own destiny. Don’t be held back by people you meet along the way. I have learnt that success is in many forms and is not the same to everyone. Sometimes you can forget what is important to you. To be successful is to remember that.
