On Tuesday evening, the government issued correspondence titled “A message to the housing industry on continuing to work securely” which praises the industry for reacting with “enormous agility” to circumstances presented by Covid-19 and states quite clearly:
Buying, selling and renting a home can continue, in a COVID-secure way, as it has in recent months. Estate and letting agents can operate, show homes and sales suites can remain open and property viewings, mortgage valuations and surveys can take place.
The market remains buoyant and despite recent announcements we have had a busy start to this week. General sentiment amongst our communities encourages that many people have been undeterred by the second lockdown.
While the health and safety of our team and clients remains paramount, we are available for viewings, valuations and all the usual services offered by the wider Bradley Hall company.
