Bradley Hall has helped a fast-growing IT firm move to premises on the UK’s biggest business park. Perfect Image has taken up 10,000 sq ft of space at Cobalt 3.2 on the Cobalt Business Park in North Tyneside. The building now houses the company’s team of more than 60 staff, who have relocated from their existing premises in central Newcastle.
Bradley Hall advised Perfect Image on the deal, which saw the IT firm take a ten-year lease on its new home. We have also been appointed to promote an additional 30,000 sq ft of space on the popular business park, which employs more than 12,000 people and has over two million sq ft of developed office space.
Director Neil Hart said: “Cobalt is the largest office park in the country and it appealed to Perfect Image, which had outgrown its existing premises in central Newcastle. They decided to relocate to a superb office in a location that offers excellent communication links to all parts of the region.
“This is the latest in a string of significant instructions for us – and the fact that we have been instructed to market an extra 30,000 sq ft of space indicates the popularity of this much sought-after business park.”
