Full-service property firm, Bradley Hall, has announced the appointment of eight members of staff across the company to support the growth of the company.

Bradley Hall, which has offices in Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Alnwick, Morpeth, Gosforth, Tees Valley and Leeds, has welcomed six new team members across a variety of departments in recent weeks.

The new starters, Alastair Adams, Shryea Saggar, Abigail Stewart, Harry Towers, Euan Smart, Mae Gordon, Paul Andrew and Charlotte Jackson, have joined Bradley Hall at a time of significant growth and development for the firm.

Alastair Adams, who joined the Surveying team last month, qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2009 and formed his own property development company and estate agency based in the North East before joining Bradley Hall’s expanding Surveying department. Alastair said: “My first month at Bradley Hall has been great in every aspect. The work environment has been friendly, welcoming and I feel motivated each day to achieve the best results and react to changes successfully for clients.”

Charlotte Jackson, newly appointed Property Executive based in the Alnwick branch, has a wealth of experience, having worked in property for over eight years and previously worked for national housebuilder Bellway Homes. She commented on her new role at Bradley Hall: “My first few weeks at Bradley Hall have gone well. The team in Alnwick are determined and friendly and I have hit the ground running carrying out valuations in the local area and work to high standards.”

Neil Hart, Chief Executive, commented on the new appointments: “It has been a pleasure to welcome our new team members to a variety of departments and branches within the business.

“It is a time of growth and expansion for the company and our new team members will help us work towards our goals for 2024 and beyond. Since our beginnings over 35 years ago, we have supported staff in a range of roles, from apprenticeships to Directorship.

“I have been with the company since my placement year at university and have risen through the business to become Chief Executive. I am keen to offer others similar opportunities and watch them rise through the ranks, and we have multiple staff members currently on placements or studying part-time at university. I wish the new team members the best of luck in their new roles.”

The team, which now numbers almost 60, offer a full-service and results-driven approach to property across the North East and Yorkshire, with departments offering expertise on land and development, commercial sales and lettings, property management, as well as residential sales and lettings.

The firm recently announced plans to double its workforce over the next few years across various departments and roles.
