It’s well connected. Yarm is well-connected to the rest of the region, with good road and rail links to Middlesbrough and other nearby towns and cities. This makes it perfect for those who want all the benefits of rural life while maintaining an easy commute to and from work.

Many events are held in the town each year which are great to get involved in such as the annual fair held in the High Street on the 3rd week of October for 4 days and the Yarm Gala!

Stunning housing Yarm’s little-known history as a port town led to it being a real boom town in the 16th and 17th century, and that legacy has left it with some of the region’s most sought-after historic homes!

Continued investment over the years means it is now able to offer a real mix of properties. From quirky cottages to brand-new homes on a number of its new housing estates, there is something for everyone. Including some brand-new Bradley Hall homes on the Wynyard Estate which is within 10 miles of the town.
