CELEBRATING THE FUTURE WITH THE BRADLEY HALL AWAY DAY

On September 22nd, the staff at leading property agency, Bradley Hall, came together to celebrate the firm’s first away day. Held at Ramside Hall Hotel in Durham, the day was organised around celebrating and investing in the teams situated across all offices and branches in the North East and the North West.

The day was structured by announcing the organisation’s ambitious growth plans, while also sharing some changes to the board structure, and showcasing a branding refresh.

The Bradley Hall Away Day announced the appointment of a new board member while strategically aligning its current board member roles as it looks to increase turnover from £4.8 million to £10 million over the next three to five years, while its team is set to grow from 58 to 120.

The rapid growth of the firm and its future plans aim to position the company as a full-service property firm which becomes the first choice for all services for both members of the public, organisations of varying sizes, and local authorities. The Bradley Hall Away Day was also about enabling staff from across nine offices and two regions to come together and take part in team building activities, as well as to get to know each other in a more relaxed environment. The firm prides itself on investing in staff and has many success stories regarding staff retention and promoting from within; the away day was a culmination of that.

The staff at Bradley Hall were also introduced to a new modern looking brand refresh. This evolution involved establishing a mission statement, a tone of voice, communication strategies, brand guidelines, a logo update and so much more. The Bradley Hall Away Day also incorporated some staff training for LinkedIn with the help of Zoe Pouton from The Social Co. Through this the team were able to understand brand messaging, engagement and how to convert social media activity into leads to create more business for the firm overall.

The day was concluded with all staff working closely to define who we are and why we do what we do through a variety of team building activities organised through the team at Purple Tiger.

The first Bradley Hall Away Day depicted a motivated, approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate team of people that are excited to press on with the growth plans and branding refresh that has been unveiled.
