BRADLEY HALL DIRECTOR TO SPEAK AT SUNDERLAND BUSINESS FESTIVAL

Created 6th October 2022

Bradley Hall’s Group Marketing Director, Cassie Moyse, will accompany a panel of leading North East entrepreneurs to discuss their career journeys and pass on invaluable insight at a regional business festival.

Speakers at the event – part of Sunderland Business Festival – include Alice Rowen Hall, who founded Pink Boutique and now runs Rowen Homes, Kim Cattin, co-founder of West Barn Co; Cassie Moyse, co-owner and director of Portfolio North and group marketing director at Bradley Hall; and host Natasha McDonough, founder and MD of MMC Research & Marketing.

The panellists, who have each established successful brand-led lifestyle businesses, will be discussing their career journey to date, the challenges they have overcome and their advice for anyone thinking about starting their own business.

“There are some brilliant entrepreneurs in the North East and it’s great that Sunderland Business Festival is providing a platform to showcase some of these,” said Natasha.

“The panel we have lined up have all been very successful in their own fields and I’m sure they will have some great stories to tell and insight to share with people who already have a business or might be thinking of starting one up.”

Sunderland Business Festival features an action-packed programme including a Jobs Fair and Tech Talent event showing digital careers and training, expert presentations, panel discussions, ‘on the sofa’ style discussions with industry leaders and behind the scenes tours.

The festival is being organised by Sunderland Business Partnership, a collective of organisations – large and small – all with an interest in the city’s development, creating opportunities for members to collaborate and grow, which in turn helps Sunderland to be a more dynamic destination for business.

Cassie Moyse said: “I’m delighted to be taking part in this event and to share the stage with some amazing entrepreneurs. There’s so much you go through in business and with five entrepreneurs taking part I’m sure there will be plenty of takeaways for attendees.”

Sunderland Business Festival is sponsored by Sunderland City Council, University of Sunderland, Sunderland AFC, North East BIC and Portfolio North.

The Entrepreneurial Leaders event will take place at the Auditorium at The Fire Station on Friday 14 October, 11am – 12pm. The event is FREE to attend but tickets should be booked via Eventbrite here: https://bit.ly/3fn1Ifb
