Bradley Hall is a full-service property firm with more than 30 years’ worth of experience across the North East and Yorkshire. However, we are so much more than that, we spoke to our group director and group CEO to discuss what the future of Bradley Hall looks like.
A. Peter Bartley, director: “Very bright. I suppose, it’s a bit like Newcastle United. We can see on the horizon now the fruits of our labour and we can see where it is going to go to. “It’s a totally different business than it was ten years ago, and it’ll be a totally different business in ten years’ time. I think our growth strategy is the same as it has always been, good people in good place will grow the business. Having the best staff and directors in the industry will grow the business. I think in ten years’ time, hopefully Neil and I will still be in the business but there will be a lot more people running it.”
A. Neil Hart, group CEO: “I think growth is on the horizon. We have grown the business with opportunities and when the right people have presented themselves. Some of our people have grown up in the business to be able to understand what we want to achieve. I believe we are the strongest regional player by some distance at the moment and we regularly challenge the nationals, in fact, we are probably better than the nationals. We generate our own work, we look after our own clients, we understand the region better than anybody because it is our region.
“Opportunities are beginning to present themselves outside of the region, such as Leeds and other regional cities, there is a lot going on in Teesside. We will have a good go at pushing up the league structure, working as hard as we can, to see where we can take Bradley Hall to.”
