THE SWIFT work of Bradley Hall’s chartered surveyors has led to the beginning of a new chapter for the company.
The building surveying team at Bradley Hall’s Newcastle office has agreed to support Story Homes with its surveying services in the North East.
The work follows a successful project which saw the team work alongside Kye Bradley, Sales Director for the North East at Story Homes, where they were able to swiftly and successfully deliver a building survey for a property that the developer was considering for its part exchange scheme.
Demonstrating vast knowledge of the entire surveying process and a studious eye for detail, the team were able to complete the entire survey within five days and provide Story with a comprehensive report to help identify any defects within the part exchange property.
The work made such an impact that Kye agreed to meet the team after the project and the opportunity arose for the team to conduct future surveys on the properties that Story Homes consider for part exchange, which could be up to 30 surveys per year.
The agreement will see the team at Bradley Hall complete each survey within three working days and finalise reports within five. This will not only generate a constant flow of work for the Newcastle Building Surveying department but will also further strengthen Bradley Hall’s relationship with the award-winning housebuilder.
The project was led by James Thompson, a Chartered Building Surveyor at Bradley Hall Newcastle. Speaking about the project, he said: “It was great working with Kye and the team at Story Homes on this project.
