National property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has appointed Chartered Surveyor Aneil Taak as Senior Surveyor at its Birmingham office as part of the firm’s expansion across the West Midlands and UK.
Aneil, who joins Bradley Hall from the Valuation Office Agency, will support clients across Birmingham and the West Midlands with Valuation, Development, Business Rates and Asset Management advice.
The office, which is led by Phil Bartleet, has expanded rapidly since opening last year, and recently welcomed Bryony Nixon as Property Consultant to expand the office’s service lines for clients.
Aneil’s new role as Senior Surveyor will see him work with primary and secondary lenders and private clients to offer Valuation and Lease Advisory services, as well as Commercial Agency advice.
Aneil Taak, Senior Surveyor, commented on his appointment: “I am pleased to be joining Bradley Hall’s Birmingham office at an exciting time of growth for the firm and the West Midlands office. I am looking forward to supporting clients across the region with Valuation services and developing our presence in the area.”
Aneil graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2021 with a degree in Real Estate and a Diploma in Professional Practice and has worked at the Nottingham office of the VOA for the last four years, with prior experience at AXA Investment Managers, CBRE and Savills.
Phil Bartleet, Head of Office- Birmingham, added: “Aneil joins us with a wealth of experience across previous Valuations and Agency roles. His appointment allows us to further expand our service lines, our reach and the number of Valuations we can produce. Alongside Bryony, Aneil’s expertise will be incredibly beneficial for the firm and our regional clients.”
