Bradley Hall’s new Auction service is set to feature on popular property show, Homes Under The Hammer, following the successful sale of a Sunderland home.
24a Croft Avenue will feature on the newest series of the daytime property show as the filming crew and presenters visit Sunderland.
The show, which is hosted by Martin Roberts, Tommy Walsh, Dion Dublin, Martel Maxwell, Jacqui Joseph and Owain Wyn Evans, first aired in 2003 and follows several properties at auction across the UK, beginning with a valuation, followed by the auction, renovation and then a final valuation once works have been completed.
Now filming for its 28th series, the presenters will visit Croft Avenue, a one-bedroom ground floor flat in Sunderland, which has been marketed and sold at auction by Bradley Hall Sunderland.
The home also includes a good-sized reception room, bathroom and kitchen, as well as an outside yard area.
The firm recently launched its new Auction service, providing a national digital platform for buyers and sellers to view and bid on Auction properties from across the UK.
Led by Bradley Hall’s Sunderland office, the service has been developed by Helen Wall and Louise McMorran and launched earlier this year to provide an alternative option to traditional estate agency, as part of the firm’s full-service approach to property.
The property, which is in the Chester Road area of Sunderland was sold by Emma Owens, Valuation Surveyor, for £20,000. Emma will be appearing on Homes Under The Hammer to discuss the successful sale of the property by Bradley Hall.
Emma Owens, Valuation Surveyor, commented on her appearance on the popular television show: “It was fantastic to work with the team at Homes Under The Hammer to feature our latest Auction property on the show.
“We have seen a huge amount of interest in our new Auction service, and I am pleased to be able to showcase this to a national audience.
“Auctions provide a quicker option than traditional estate agency, with legal work completed within 28 days. This is a popular option for a number of our clients- particularly for investors and developers- and I am thrilled that one of our recent Auction sales will feature on such a popular television show.”
Earlier this year, Bradley Hall’s Sunderland office featured in a national advertising campaign with Rightmove and TV personality Charlotte Crosby, showcasing available properties across Sunderland in a ‘Selling Sunset’ style campaign.
The firm offers a comprehensive marketing package to all clients, garnering coverage in local, regional and national press, as well as featuring on their website, social media and in Bradley Hall’s in-house magazine, Portfolio North, which is read by 54,000 people each edition.
Last month, the firm also celebrated reaching over 1 million impressions across their social media platforms in a 28 day period, with an additional 700,000 impressions coming from Google searches.
As well as Auctions, Bradley Hall specialises in Mortgages, Commercial Agency, Estate Agency, Building Surveying, Valuations, Property Management, Lettings, Land & Development, Planning and New Homes.
