Bradley Hall’s Auctions department has launched a portfolio of 23 residential auction properties located across the country, with starting bids ranging from £80,000 to £275,000.
The properties, located across the North and Midlands, are part of a large portfolio, and are set to be sold at auction on December 4th and 5th.
Working alongside local Partner Estate Agents, Bradley Hall’s Auctions departments will market the properties and coordinate all bids.
The homes are located across the UK, with a focus in the North East, West Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

The portfolio of 23 properties includes a range of property types, including a four bedroom detached home in Darlington, a four bedroom townhouse in Oakham and a two bedroom bungalow in Shipley.
Interested parties can utilise Bradley Hall’s online auction platform to place bids and monitor the bidding process for each property. The service is available 24/7, allowing buyers to bid at a time to suit them.
Working with New Home Agents, interested parties can arrange viewings with local agents before placing bids.
Bidding will close on the 4th and 5th of December, with properties then exchanged and completed by December 15th.
