Bradley Hall, the leading full-service property firm for the North of England, has appointed its first Recruitment Manager and HR Coordinator as part of plans to double the size of the business.
Bradley Hall, which has nine offices across the region, has appointed Lilly Yuill to oversee the acquisition of talent across the North across all of its services including; estate agency, commercial agency, valuation services, building surveying, property management, mortgages, land and development and planning – as well as its central support services; marketing, accounts and operations.
Lilly will head up the firm’s recruitment and HR processes as part of the operations team based in the company’s Newcastle headquarters.
With over 65 members of staff, Bradley Hall has grown rapidly in recent years, from the appointment of graduates and placement students to senior team members. The firm also recently announced the launch of a new website, refreshed branding and core values.
Lilly commented on her appointment: “Bradley Hall is a firm which offers unique career opportunities in one of the fastest growing property firms in the North. Its growth is strategic and exponential, offering its team members the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
“It is a full-service firm and agile to external needs. This makes the firm extremely resilient to external economic pressures, meaning that its recruits also have piece of mind when joining the firm.
“It’s great to be part of a business who values its team at all levels, from the placement students to the directors. There are also some fantastic success stories of how its board directors and senior management have evolved from junior roles in the business. There is no glass ceiling at Bradley Hall which makes it the perfect environment for dedicated and determined people.
“Bradley Hall’s core values include excellence and professionalism, relentless execution, supportive teamwork and continuous development and improvement – all of which run through the way they conduct the business and services to their clients.
“I am keen to recruit into new roles across the board as Bradley Hall expands its service offering for our local, regional and national clients. I will also be looking at new ways of approaching inductions, the interview process and attending graduate events at our region’s universities to meet with up-and-coming talent.
“I have a real passion for people- supporting them to find their ideal roles and develop within current ones- and I look forward to working with the firm to appoint new faces to our growing team.”
Having gained her Level 5 CIPD in People Management from Teesside University, Lilly developed on the ground skills across a number of industries including healthcare, facilities management, surveying, land and property management before joining Bradley Hall in January 2025.
Sharon Boyd, Chief Operating Officer, commented on Lilly’s appointment: “It’s the right time for us to introduce someone of Lilly’s calibre and industry experience to the business who will oversee our recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring that our new starters get the best introduction to the company. We’re looking for the best talent in the industry while also prioritising our people’s experience, career opportunities and professional growth.
“Lilly has hit the ground running and is already working on a number of new roles for us across our branches. Our planned growth is significant.
“Our people are our biggest asset, and it is vital that we recruit passionate, keen individuals who match our core values. Lilly will be invaluable in ensuring that our team works to the highest standard, as well as supporting our existing staff with HR needs.”
