Equity Director Bradley Hall (Yorkshire)

Paul is Head of Office for Bradley Hall’s Yorkshire and North West operations. A RICS Registered Valuer, he specialises in providing valuation services for loan security, pension funds, probate, and accounting purposes. Paul acts as the main point of contact for a wide range of lender valuation panels and has successfully secured new panel appointments with institutions including HSBC, Barclays, TSB, YBS Group, Aldermore, Shawbrook Bank, Hampshire Trust, and One Savings Bank.

In addition to valuation work, Paul undertakes commercial agency instructions, acting on behalf of institutional pension funds, PLCs, national and regional property investors, and local property owners.
