National property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has strengthened its specialist Property Management department with the promotion of Andrew Cole to Property Manager, reflecting the continued growth of its Property Management division and recognising his contribution to the business following his return earlier this year.
Andrew, who re-joined Bradley Hall in January after previously working for the business earlier in his career, will now take on a wider remit across both residential and commercial property management. His role will include overseeing day-to-day portfolio management, coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing tenancy-related matters and supporting the delivery of responsive and efficient property services for clients.
Andrew Cole, Property Manager at Bradley Hall, said: “I’m delighted to have been promoted and to be taking on this wider role within the business. Returning to Bradley Hall earlier this year was an easy decision for me, and I’m really pleased to be building on that move by stepping into this position.
“I’m looking forward to continuing to develop my experience across both residential and commercial property management, supporting clients with the day-to-day management of their properties and helping deliver the high standards of service Bradley Hall is known for.”
The promotion reflects Bradley Hall’s continued investment in internal progression and its commitment to developing experienced professionals within its growing national network of offices.
Bradley Hall’s Property Management teams oversee a diverse portfolio of residential blocks, estates and commercial assets, working closely with landlords, developers, investors and occupiers to ensure properties are managed effectively and maintained to a high standard. Supported by the firm’s central teams and regional offices, the department continues to see increased demand for its services as the business expands.
Richard Rafique, Group Managing Director at Bradley Hall, said: “Andrew is a great example of the depth of talent we have within the business. His experience, knowledge of our portfolios and understanding of our clients make him an ideal fit for this role.
“We’re committed to recognising and rewarding progression internally, and Andrew’s promotion reflects both his contribution to the team and the continued growth of our property management services. As our portfolio continues to expand, it’s important that we continue investing in talented people who share our commitment to delivering an excellent service for our clients.”
