I’ve had a great experience with Bradley Hall during my tenancy. The team has always been quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve needed support. When we had a water leak, they acted quickly to resolve the issue efficiently. Similarly, when the boiler had a problem, they took the initiative to speak with the landlord and arranged for a new boiler to be installed. Although the plumber was busy and it took about a week to fix, the team kept me updated throughout and did everything they could to resolve it as soon as possible. I’d especially like to thank Joanne Dimmick and the rest of the team for being professional, supportive, and really easy to talk to.
