Neil Hart – From Placement Student to CEO
Our Group CEO, Neil Hart, first joined Bradley Hall during his placement year as part of his Real Estate degree at Northumbria University. After completing his studies, he returned to the business full-time. Over the years, Neil has progressed through the ranks, demonstrating how a placement opportunity can lead to a long and rewarding career at Bradley Hall. His journey is a testament to the opportunities available for students who show ambition, commitment, and drive.
Neil has led major strategic initiatives at Bradley Hall, helping the business expand into new markets and strengthen its service offerings across the North East. His leadership style, shaped by both his academic grounding and practical experience within the company, has fostered a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development across all offices.
Olivia Foster – Preparing for the APC
Olivia Foster studied Building Surveying at Northumbria University, graduating with a first-class degree before joining Bradley Hall to begin her professional career. Now an Assistant Building Surveyor, Olivia is preparing to sit her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) next year – the final step to becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. Her story highlights how Bradley Hall provides graduates with the mentorship, support, and real-world experience needed to take the leap from academic study to professional accreditation.
During her time at Bradley Hall, Olivia has worked on a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from residential surveys to commercial developments, gaining practical experience that complements her academic excellence. The guidance and support she has received from senior colleagues have been instrumental in preparing her for chartered status, demonstrating how Bradley Hall nurtures talent at every stage of a surveyor’s career.
Anthony Cape – From Top of the Class to Principal Asset Manager
After graduating at the top of his class from Northumbria University’s Real Estate programme, Anthony Cape spent 15 years working as an Asset Manager and earlier this year, joined Bradley Hall. As Principal Asset Manager, Anthony plays a leading role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and assets, while also supporting the development of junior colleagues. His success reflects both his personal excellence, and the opportunities Bradley Hall provides for graduates to grow and thrive.
Anthony provides holistic, tailored advice to landlords and tenants across the North East, helping clients make informed decisions about property investments, leasing, and portfolio management. By combining market insight, practical experience, and a deep understanding of regional property trends, he ensures that both landlords and tenants receive guidance that maximises value and minimises risk, reinforcing Bradley Hall’s reputation as a trusted advisor across the region.
