Helen Wall

Helen has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry having spent much of the last 10 years in private practice managing offices, with geographical experience throughout Tyne & Wear, Teesside and County Durham. She is a General practice Surveyor specialising in Valuation and undertakes work for probate, matrimonial, secured lending, tax and accounts purposes. Helen has spent most of her career focused on providing Valuation Reports compliant with the RICS Valuation- Global Standards, primarily for secured lending purposes. As a RICS Registered Valuer, Helen provides valuation advice for several financial institutions and private clients in addition to leading the Bradley Hall Sunderland team. She also oversees residential and commercial agency within Bradley Hall Sunderland. Helen’s favourite hobbies include boxing and walks along Seaburn beach.
