As Accounts Manager, Graeme is responsible for overseeing the Property Management accounts team, working closely alongside our team of Property Managers in order to ensure the smooth running of the financial function of our management portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring that the managed portfolio of client accounts are reconciled, in order to be able to provide our clients with rental income statements and ensuring that funds collected on their behalf are transferred according to our management agreements. his also involves overseeing bank receipt allocations, supplier payment runs as well as providing our clients with quarterly VAT liability reports. Another aspect of his role involved dealing with and resolving any financial queries our stakeholders may have in a timely manner. Outside of work, Graeme’s favourite pastime is going to music concerts- he feels there is something really special about being able to see a band perform live.
