Carl O’Brien

Carl’s primary role is to oversee a team of six RICS Registered valuers plus support staff. The department undertakes valuation work for a variety of purposes including secured lending, probate, pension, inheritance tax, accountancy, help-to-buy and acquisition. The team undertake work for a variety of clients, including but not restricted to High Street and secondary lenders, solicitors, accountancy firms, insolvency practitioners and private clients. Carl’s favourite TV show is The Office, which he says still manages to make him laugh after all these years. He enjoys getting ‘Brentisms’ into conversation.
