The site comprises approximately 0.47 acres (0.19 hectares) of land which currently accommodates the former Brandon and Meadowfield Royal British Legion Club.

Outline planning permission has been granted for the demolition of the existing social club and construction of up to 9 residential dwellings with all matters reserved. The proposed scheme comprises 8no. Townhouses and 1 no. detached house.
