A firm favourite in the North East retail space has relaunched with a new name and brand, to support the growth of the site’s offering.
Newcastle Quays Retail Park, previously known as Royal Quays Outlet, has recently announced its new name and brand to align with the regeneration and expansion of the site and its tenants.
The site, which has expanded to include nearby InflataNation and Arcade Warehouse, has appointed leading Northern property firm, Bradley Hall, to market available retail units at the site.
Located in North Shields, close to the A19 and the Port of Tyne, Newcastle Quays has been a popular fixture in the region’s retail portfolio since it began life as an outlet shopping park in the 1990s.
The new owners of Newcastle Quays have modernised the site, welcoming new tenants such as Brood Play Café and Pixel-Ate Diner, and undergoing a facelift of the retail park, with a modern, monochrome aesthetic across the site.
