Leading Northern property firm, Bradley Hall, has confirmed its support for Sunderland BID as it becomes an Affiliate scheme member of the city’s business improvement scheme.
With an office in Frederick Street in Sunderland’s city centre, Bradley Hall has joined a wealth of local and national businesses to support the work of the BID.
Other firms who currently support the BID include Building Design Northern, MMC Marketing and Research, Creo Comms, The Hanro Group, NE BIC and Sheepfolds Stables, with 28 members currently taking part in the scheme.
The Affiliate scheme offers businesses a variety of opportunities to promote their firms via the BID’s channels including social media, newsletters and digital screens. The BID also provides unique networking opportunities, volunteering roles for businesses as well as invitations to BID events, meetings, training sessions and seminars.
Helen Wall, who was appointed Director of Bradley Hall’s Sunderland office in 2023, said: “I am so pleased that Bradley Hall Sunderland has become a Sunderland BID Affiliate scheme member.
“We have worked with Sharon and the BID team for some time and have seen first-hand the benefits of the work they do in the city.
“Sunderland is a great place to live, work and visit and I look forward to supporting the BID further in our new role.”
As the BID continues their work to shape the future of Sunderland, they are keen for businesses to have their say and support the vital work they do in the city. From the bi-annual Restaurant Week to a Street Ranger team, the BID works to ensure Sunderland’s city centre is a place for everyone to enjoy.
Since 2014, Sunderland BID has invested more than £6million into the city centre to support the redevelopment of the area. Helmed by Sharon Appleby, the BID was recently voted in again to serve another five-year term for the city.
Bradley Hall, a Northern property firm specialising in end-to-end property services, has had an office in the city since 2017 following an increased demand for residential and commercial agency service in the region.
The firm works with local developers, landlords and regional housebuilders, as well as residential purchasers and sellers, to support the property industry in the city and surrounding area.
Bradley Hall has supported local charities, sports clubs and community interest groups across the North East since its beginnings over 35 years ago, and has raised over £300,000 over recent years.
