Full-service commercial and residential property agency, Bradley Hall, revealed that it has valued over £1bn worth of property across its valuation, commercial, residential, and land and development departments between March 2024 and March 2025.
The firm, which is appointed to major valuation panels including HSBC, Handelsbanken, Natwest, Yorkshire Building Society and Lloyds values properties for a range of clients including for lending and legal purposes, selling, letting and acquiring commercial property and its estate agency operation.

Bradley Hall recently announced its purchase of 10,000 sq ft of office space at 33-39 Grey Street, Newcastle, as part of its strategic expansion plan. This new office will serve as the company’s headquarters, further supporting its operations across the UK.
