Leading Northern property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has been appointed as the agent for three regional shopping centres.
Bradley Hall’s Commercial Agency team has been appointed to market vacant spaces at Castle Dene Shopping Centre in Peterlee, Denton Park Shopping Centre and Blaydon Shopping Centre.
This follows a recent appointment as agents for Newcastle Quays Retail Park, the former Royal Quays Outlet in North Shields.
The series of appointments has been facilitated by Will Reavley, Senior Surveyor within the Agency team, who is supporting the firm to cement their position as a retail specialist.
Since joining the firm in Autumn 2024, Will has been appointed to a number of retail sites across the North East.

The site has 779 car parking spaces for visitors and is well placed within the town centre, with easy access to Horden train station, the A19 and Castle Eden Dene. Units are available from 620 sq ft to 6,538 sq ft. and are a mix of Use Class E and Sui Generis.
Blaydon Shopping Centre, in Gateshead, is home to over 30 shops, including Morrisons, Costa, Card Factory, Domino’s and Home Bargains, as well as small independent retailers. With 693 car parking spaces, as well as a nearby railway station, the site is in a prime location for visitors and receives a high footfall of visitors from nearby towns such as Whickham, Winlaton and Ryton. Available units range in size from 481 to 3,044 sq ft. and are all Use Class E.
Denton Park Shopping Centre, located on West Denton Way close to the suburb of Westerhope, has a number of units available, ranging in size from 1,031 to 2,365 sq. ft. Just five miles North West of Newcastle City Centre, the site was renovated in 2007 and is home to a busy retail parade and a large Morrison’s Supermarket. The site also has a Boots, Greggs, Ladbrokes and Newcastle Building Society.
Combined, Castle Dene, Denton Park and Blaydon shopping centres have an annual footfall of over fifteen million customers, as shoppers continue to support in-person retail sites, as well as visiting dining and community spaces.
